Shipping methods

The customer can choose between different delivery methods: Store pickup, Finland´s Post Office (“Posti”) or Parcel Services (“Matkahuolto or GLS”). We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over 50 euros; additional services such as home delivery are available for a surcharge.

FINLAND

Finland´s post office (=”Posti”) offers the fastest way to deliver smaller items fitting in an A4-envelope in a Priority Letter. These letters are possible to order directly to your mail box or mail slot. Our online store identifies which products are possible to deliver as a letter. If a Letter Delivery is not offered as a delivery method, the products can’t be delivered in an envelope because of the size.

Parcel Services (=”Matkahuolto”) lets you choose from three options for defining the packets pickup-location, or alternatively, home delivery. You can pick up your packet from the Matkahuolto/Parcel Service offices or from any Siwa-, Valintatalo- or Euromarket –store (corner stores with longer opening hours in evenings and on weekends bring flexibility to parcel pickups). The online shop´s application will find the closest pickup-points, you can select the most suitable one.) When you choose “home delivery”, the Parcel Services Courier will consult you for the time of delivery.

  • Pickup from the nearest Matkahuolto/Parcel Service, price 0,00€ on orders over 50€ euros (6,90€ orders under 50€)
  • Delivery to your door if weight is under 500 grams, price 9,90€, otherwise price is 19,90€

EUROPEAN UNION

These letters are possible to order directly to your mail box or mail slot if they of thickness less than 3cm. Our online store identifies which products are possible to deliver as a letter. If a Letter Delivery is not offered as a delivery method, the products can’t be delivered in an envelope because of the size.

GLS Parcel Services is a fast and reliable door to door service. We offer this service free of charge for our EU customers when order amount is over 200€! Orders heavier than 500g or thicker than 3cm will be delivered with the GLS service. The GLS Parcel Services Courier will consult you for the time of delivery.

  • GLS EU parcel delivery under 0,5kg, price 9.90€
  • GLS EU parcel delivery over 0,5kg, price 15.90€

THE REST OF THE WORLD

Finland´s post office (=”Posti”) offers the fastest way to deliver smaller items fitting in an A4-envelope in a Priority Letter. These letters are possible to order directly to your mail box or mail slot if they of thickness less than 3cm. Letters with thickness between two and three centimeters are delivered to your nearest post office for pickup. Our online store identifies which products are possible to deliver as a letter. If a Letter Delivery is not offered as a delivery method, the products can’t be delivered in an envelope because of the size.

  • Letter Priority World delivery on orders over 150€, price 0€
  • Letter Priority World delivery 1-250g (A4), price 9,90€
  • Letter Priority World delivery 251-500g (A4), price 14,90€

GLS Global Business Parcel is a fast and reliable door to door service. We offer this service for our customers outside the European Union! Orders heavier than 500g or thicker than 3cm will be delivered with the GLS service. The GLS Parcel Services Courier will consult you for the time of delivery.

Cancellations and returns

You can try the products and make sure they are satisfying and accurate. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it by a Notice of Cancellation within 14 days of the product purchase. The 14 days right- to-return starts at the time the customer receives the products. If the withdrawal´s 14th day is a Saturday or a holiday, the return can be made on the first following working day. The withdrawal-right applies only to unused products with original packing and price and/or labels in place. Opened (sealed) DVDs or custom-made fishing lines, for example, are not eligible for return.

Before you return the products, contact our Customer Service by e-mail: shop@helsinkispeyclave.com or by phone +359445138. Our Customer Service will provide a Cancellation Form and instructions for the return, or you can choose to print the Cancellation-form from the online store´s “Oma Tili/Own Account” -page in a pdf-format. Returns are free of charge when the product is returned within 14 days of making the Notice of Cancellation. Product purchased from the online store can also be returned to Helsinki Spey Clave store, with a completed Cancellation Form.

We have the right to refuse the return, if the product is returned or was failed to be pickup from the Courier, without the Notice of Cancellation. In these cases the customer is required to pay the shipping and return costs. Notice of Cancellation must be made before products are returned. If the Notice of Cancellation is not made within 14 days, the return costs will be paid by the customer. The customer can choose the return method using either Posti/Finland´s post office or Matkahuolto/Parcel services.

PLEASE NOTE: Free shipping offer applies to Finland and Europe. If you live outside the European Union we offer you very good rates on deliveries – in other words you get great discounts of your shipping costs! International shipping prices are quoted in euros and must be prepaid in euros. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding these charges.

Online shopping

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for products you purchase online, so you can be sure you are satisfied with the products. The return and exchange policy applies only to unused and in new condition products in original packaging. The order is binding after the payment and you will get our online store´s Order Confirmation e-mail. We make an effort to ship all in-stock items within 0-3 days.

Shopping in our online store is easy and fast. Add products you want into the Shopping Basket (our shopping basket is named “Ostoshaavi” = “Purchase Landing net”) by clicking the “Lisää Ostoskoriin/Add to Basket” -button and proceed to shop by adding more products to the “Ostoshaavi”-Shopping Basket in the same way. Your Shopping Basket is located on the top right of the web page and by moving your computer´s mouse cursor over the text you can see the contents of your Shopping Basket. By clicking the opening window´s “Muokkaa ostoskoria/Edit Shopping Basket” -button, you can make changes to your cart. Once you have found the products you want, you can proceed to a secure checkout by clicking “Tilaa Tuotteet/Order Products” -button and you will be taken to an easy one-page order form. Before proceeding, check that the content of your Shopping Basket is as you desire. If you forgot something, you can click the website´s upper left corner´s SPEY CLAVE -logo to get back to the online store

1. Fill in the order form with your Customer information. Remember to give an accurate phone number and e-mail address.
2. You can change the shipping address, if it is different from the customer data billing address.
3. Choose a delivery method – Nouto liikkeestä (= Store pickup), Matkahuolto (=Parcel Services) or Posti (= Finland`s Post Office)
4. Choose a payment method – Klarna-tili (= Klarna-Checkout), luottokortti (= credit card) or verkkomaksu (= online payment).
5. Send the order by clicking ”Tilaa” (= ”Order”)-button. Your order is complete after the payment. – Remember to read and accept Terms and Conditions.

You will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail when your order is successfully received!

Shipping and Delivery

“In Stock”-items (“Varastossa”-status on online store) delivery time is 0-3 business days in Finland, depending on the delivery method. Some of the products are available, although they may be temporarily out of stock (“Tilapäisesti loppunut. Toimitusaika X päivää/Temporarily out of stock. Delivery in X days” -status on online store.).Temporarily out of stock –products are not in our storage, but are possibly on their way or ordered from the supplier as soon as the customer has confirmed the order. The estimated delivery time is indicated for each back-ordered product, in many cases the product will be available sooner. If the product is not available from the supplier or the estimated dispatch is longer, the customer will be informed. If the order includes both in-stock and back-ordered items, we will deliver the in-stock items right away and back-ordered items at no additional charge as soon as they arrive.

If some of the items you ordered are not available, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Please note, that the shopping basket won´t reserve products from the warehouse until the order payment is completed.
You will get an electronic Order Confirmation wherein you can check your order information. Please save the Order Confirmation in case you need to contact Customer service. For example, you can print the Order Confirmation from the online store.

Clear pricing errors

Helsinki Spey Clave –online store reserves the right to cancel the order of clear price errors. A clear price error of an online product means the price of the product differs significantly and clearly from the correct price. Obvious errors in price could be, among other things, following examples:
if the product has a price of 0,00 euros or no price at all
if a fly rod worth hundreds of euros is indicated for example 59 euros.

In the cases mentioned above the price is so clearly incorrect from the true price that the customer is supposed to understand the error.
Force Majeure
Helsinki Spey Clave –online shop is not liable for delays or damages caused by any conditions beyond its control which could not reasonably have been foreseen or which consequences couldn´t have been foreseen or avoided. A Force Majeure event includes, but is not limited to, inter alia: war, natural disasters, acts of state or governmental action, injury or illness of employee, import/export restrictions and transportation problems. If the Force Majeure continues for more than three months, both Helsinki Spey Clave -online store and the customer have the right to cancel orders without any compensations or penalties.

Customer communication

Helsinki Spey Clave -online store sends marketing and customer service messages primarily via e-mail and in certain occasions via mobile phone. If you register on our online store, you can either authorize or prohibit marketing messaging on “Omat tiedot/Own information” -pages or by notifying of the matter by e-mail: shop(a)helsinkispeyclave.com.

Customer service messages relate to customer´s Helsinki Spey Clave -online shop orders and delivery. By accepting the Helsinki Spey Clave Online store Terms and Conditions the customer consents to receive Customer service messages. Postal address and other customer information will be saved in Helsinki Spey Clave customer register during the customer relationship. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

Liability for defects and warranty

All our products have a normal one-year defect liability, which covers the products´ manufacture or material defects. Liability of defects does not cover breakages caused by improper use or negligence. Some manufacturers offer longer warranties, such additions are mentioned in the product description.
