As a true custom fly rod shop CF Burkheimer builds their rods from blank to finishing, not just glue cork handles on some others blanks! With this nature CF Burkheimer is able to offer modifications and extras to fit every ones needs, you can choose blank color, order extra tip or get your name inscripted to the blank. On dropboxes you will have a way to choose which extras or options you would like to choose.

As the nature of super wide selection of different CFB rod models, we are not able to stock them all but you still have a possibility to choose one that fit your needs best. Normal delivery time for CF Burkheimer Order Product rods are 50-90 days from order. On webstore orders Order Product rods are paid in full at the time of order. Order Product rods are not covered by normal 14 days return service as they are made to fit your specific needs.

Finishing Styles

On Order Product CFB fly rods you have a option to choose finishing style of your rod. Both Presentation and Vintage rods are made using only the best materials available so the most difference between these is how your rod looks like. Remember to choose one that you prefer from the dropbox.

Presentation

The ultimate in quality, nothing is spared in creating our Presentation Series rods. Blanks can be ordered in your choice of Deep Cedar Green, Cobalt Blue and Transparent Black.

Components Include

• Exotic hand finished wood reel seat inserts combined with nickel silver reel seat components
• Slick ceramic stripping guides that are in-cased in polished chrome frames.
• Tumble / polished and chrome plated hand made snake guides.
• Top grade cork handles which can be custom ground to the customers specifications. Trout series rods feature an elegant cork wrap that provides transition from blank to cork grip. Western handle on from #2 to #6 and Full Wells on rods from #7 to #8.
• Thread wraps coordinate with the color of the blank. Wraps are tipped with a thin band of soft platinum thread for an elegant finished look.
• All rods include aluminum tube and partitioned cloth sack.

Vintage

Vintage rod reflect the era and the magical look of a high quality cane rod. Blanks are available in your choice of Deep Cedar Green, Cobalt Blue and Transparent Black.

Components Include

• Smoked nickel silver reel seat components compliment the exotic hardwood inserts.
• Titanium Nitrate plating gives stripping and snake-guides a rich yet durable patina.
• Platinum tipped guide wraps coordinate with the color of the blank.
• Top grade cork handles which can be custom ground to the customers specifications. Trout series rods feature an elegant cork wrap that provides transition from blank to cork grip. Western handle on from #2 to #6 and Full Wells on rods from #7 to #8.
