CF Burkheimer saltwater models aren’t just freshwater designs with corrosion resistant reel seats, these rods are designed from the deck up to make the toughest casts in the windiest conditions. They load quickly and shoot heavy flies through the wind with accuracy and ease, respond immediately to changes in direction, and cast with point and shoot accuracy the first time.

The most advanced designs, and strongest reinforcement ensure these rods are tough enough to handle whatever the big water can bring. We use strong, oversized stripping guides with silicone carbide inserts as well as hard-chromed snake guides and tip tops. And our heavy-duty, salt water reel seats feature Delrin lined hoods that don’t loosen up during critical moments in the battle.

Because when you finally see those tails working, the last thing to worry about is the rod.

As a true custom fly rod shop CF Burkheimer builds their rods from blank to finishing, not just glue cork handles on some others blanks! With this nature CF Burkheimer is able to offer modifications and extras to fit every ones needs, you can choose blank color, order extra tip or get your name inscripted to the blank. On dropboxes you will have a way to choose which extras or options you would like to choose.

As the nature of super wide selection of different CFB rod models, we are not able to stock them all but you still have a possibility to choose one that fit your needs best. Normal delivery time for CF Burkheimer Order Product rods are 50-90 days from order. On webstore orders Order Product rods are paid in full at the time of order. Order Product rods are not covered by normal 14 days return service as they are made to fit your specific needs.

Finishing Styles

Classic

The Classic Series sets a new standard in high quality fly fishing equipment. All Classic SW series rods are made with a Cobalt Blue colored blank.

Components Include

• Deep anodized aluminum seats with Delrin lined hoods
• Stainless / chrome plated snake guides and stainless framed SIC stripping guides are used throughout
• Each rod is tastefully wrapped to compliment the blank color
• Top grade cork handles with ergonomic desing.
• All rods include aluminum tube and partitioned cloth sack.
